Application Fee at the University of Toronto:
To apply to UToronto, you must pay a non-refundable fee of $180 (US$145).
Applications can also be made through the University of Ontario Program Center. The request center is charged a fixed fee in addition to the additional $90 ($75).
For graduate studies, the application fee is C$125 (US$100). There may be additional charges depending on your preferred program.
Admissions Requirements at UToronto for International Students:
The minimum requirement for international students is the completion of secondary education. English Language Courses for Level 1/Grade 12 are also required and are beyond the university’s English language requirements. Tests accepted for this include Cambridge, Duolingo, Pearson, IELTS, and TOEFL.
You may be required to take other required courses in your preferred program. For example, biochemistry courses must have completed courses in biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.

For postgraduate students a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a final year average of at least a B (or equivalent). In contrast, Ph.D. students must have a master’s degree with a minimum grade of B (a lower score can lead to direct admission into the program).
An English language certificate is also required, which must have been obtained within the last 24 months.
