Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences, in collaboration with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), grants DAAD graduation grants to international students wishing to study in Germany.

Students with good final grades can apply. The main purpose of this scholarship is to support international students so that they can focus on their studies.

2022-23 Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences Germany DAAD Scholarships is available for postgraduate programs at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences.

Scholarship Benefits:

Heilbron University of Applied Sciences offers scholarships to eligible international students. The scholarship is also designed to help international students with financial difficulties successfully complete their courses and focus on final exams and dissertations.

Eligible Nationalities:

All Nationalities

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Eligible are international students who are enrolled in and will complete a regular course of study at Heilbronn University.
  • The applicant is expected to complete the course of study within one year.
  • The applicant has a monthly income of less than the minimum amount required for living expenses according to alien law.
  • The applicant must hand in her/his complete application documents personally at the International Office, to Hannelore Lang (S 2.20 / Bildungscampus) or Gudrun Heller (S 2.30 / Bildungscampus).
  • The application documents must be complete, providing all necessary information, including a complete series of bank statements – all incoming payments must be either comprehensible or explained by the applicant.

  • Copy of the current course evaluation by the supervisor and expected completion timeframe, and registration of the final thesis (bachelor’s or master’s) (if available).
  • Tabular resume.
  • Report on the current vote.
  • Current registration certificate.
  • Information on the financial situation and current expenses.
  • Complete set of bank statements for the last 3 months (if necessary for the last 6 months).
  • A full list of all other banks and savings accounts.
  • Proof of other sources of income (employment contract, salary, housing allowance, family allowances, scholarship).
  • If you are married, proof of your spouse’s financial situation (income, account, savings account).
  • A copy of the lease.
